Alta will not sync with phone or computer, the time is off by 10 min.

Sometimes this happens with me, I find turning my wifi on my phone off and on again before returning to the app normally helps. It also sometimes takes a while to sync, so maybe try leaving your phone and watch to sync while you do something else?

If your Alta isn't still syncing, I would recommend that you please try the following steps in the link below:

If the inconvenience persists, please let me know the model of the mobile device and its operating system. Same for your computer. Also, confirm if you receive any error message at the moment you try to sync your Alta.
