My Alta HR battery doesn't last more than 8 hours. This is very frustrating.

My battery doesn't last through the day! I contacted Fitbit once before and received a reply but no help. Don't know what to do.

Hi @BarbG84  and @LindaRead  see if this article on extending your battery life is helpful. Click to read. Sometimes these devices age and the battery doesn't last as long. Doing a restart several times often helps to keep the device going a bit longer. Fitbit customer support can actually "see" how your battery is doing on their end of things. You might check with them if trying the suggestions in that article doesn't help. Warranty on the Alta HR in the USA is one year from date of purchase.
