Hi @CMPE the Alta was retired quite some time ago. The current model which took over is the Inspire 2. Have you tried restarting your Alta? Sometimes it helps.

You tried restarting it a few times? Unfortunately, Fitbit no longer sells the Alta, but some people sell them on eBay or Amazon for a much higher price than you paid new.
