App on iPhone will not open until

The app will not open. I reset my password. I can get onto the website but not the app. 

it was working yesterday but today it is not opening. 

what can I do???

It says,”Ops something went wrong?”

every-time and the app will not open.

I’m having exactly the same problem! My Alta wouldn’t sync - followed all the steps to fix it but no success. Ended up removing app and reinstalling but getting the oops something went wrong message for 2 days now. Turned phone on and off, checked for software upgrades etc etc but nothing works!

Mine is having issues syncing but eventually works. However when I click on Account, Alta HR (I am trying to change my alarms) the app just closes. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m wondering if an app update ran recently

My app was not turning on at all. But it is working now.  Don’t know what happened because I did nothing and now it is working. All’s well when it ends well!!

I’m having same problem! App on phone works but iPad just shuts off! 
I want to change alarm using iPad- very annoying

I did just manage to change my alarm through logging on through the website. This worked as my Fitbit still synchronizes

Thanks, I managed to change alarm using my iPhone as that doesn’t shut down immediately I go into settings, this only happens on my iPad....I see on the forum that this is a problem for several people! I hope Fitbit fix it soon
