I’m having exactly the same problem! My Alta wouldn’t sync - followed all the steps to fix it but no success. Ended up removing app and reinstalling but getting the oops something went wrong message for 2 days now. Turned phone on and off, checked for software upgrades etc etc but nothing works!
Best AnswerMine is having issues syncing but eventually works. However when I click on Account, Alta HR (I am trying to change my alarms) the app just closes. Does anyone else have this problem? I’m wondering if an app update ran recently
Best AnswerMy app was not turning on at all. But it is working now. Don’t know what happened because I did nothing and now it is working. All’s well when it ends well!!

Thanks, I managed to change alarm using my iPhone as that doesn’t shut down immediately I go into settings, this only happens on my iPad....I see on the forum that this is a problem for several people! I hope Fitbit fix it soon
