Can't remove fitbit.com/setup from my display screen

No matter what I try I can not remove the link from my display screen.  It's not allowing me to display anything.  

I have tried a lot of different options with troubleshooting 

I've removed the fitbit then set it back up 3x, I tried the unplugging 3x and plugging it back in to reset it, I've removed and downloaded the app again,  I've restarted my phone I've turned my Bluetooth on and off... please help is driving me nuts!!

I’m having same trouble. Just powered up my ALTA HR after 4 years with a Charge 4.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I read that because Alta HR was discontinued, the firmware update is not available anymore and it looks like there is no way to fix it, unless you guys have found a solution?

Bjour, même problème au vu du dernier message cela veut il dire que qu'il ne reste plus aucune solution.
