How do I change the clock face on Alta HR?   Set my new one up yesterday and it showed clock face I want (time and date/day), but wouldn't allow me to choose it. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

Hi, @Lulu62 , in order to answer your question could you please confirm that you have an Alta HR? I am asking because new Fitbits in the Alta series have not been available new from any official store for quite a few years.  

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

It is an Alta HR. I bought it on EBay . . .brand new.
