While my Alta HR seems to log my steps, it loses that I completed my steps for a day in the days tracker on the dashboard. This week I exceeded my goal all 7 days and it logged only 5 days. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no luck. I also tried logging into the website to see if it would pick up the two lost days but no luck. Now my battery is low so I guess I'll just charge it. This has happened before and it finally logged the day after reinstalling but not this week.

@FitBeth that sounds really strange (and really annoying!). You had tried the usual fixes so I'd suggest you try support and see if they can work out what is going on.

Same problem. My tracker hasn't properly synced since Saturday morning. I tried all the tricks. The tracker cannot by found on my laptop using bluetooth or the doggle thing. I contacted support not long ago. Did you? Have they replied?

Ditto .. Even though I walk 5 miles a day and do between 30 and 60 exercise minutes as required plus 10 or more flights of stairs It frequently does NOT give me credit for the day.. Last week lost one day this week looks like at least one probably 2... I have the Versa..
