Drastic decrease in calorie burn

About five days ago my all to HR suddenly decreased my calorie output by more than 75%. Instead of burning an average of 2400 cal a day, I can’t seem to burn more than 700 cal a day despite increased activity. Does anybody know why this would happen?

One possibility would be if your weight somehow got changed to something unreasonably smaller.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
