my fitbit alta HR isn't syncing and hasn't been for the past week. There were issues before a month ago but it then synced 2 days later. Now im left with 0 steps, 0 hrs of sleep, unrecorded heart rate on my app since late Monday.
I've tried rebooting/restarting (whatever the correct term is) multiple times. No help. App still says no device found.
On fitbit side, it keeps saying help would be limited cause of covid. I've read on forums and notice im not the only one in the recent days.
I'm with fitbit premium and if this doesn't get solved ASAP it doesnt make sense for me to be paying fitbit monthly for their app issue

Have you tried restarting your phone, re-installing the app, re-pairing the device to your phone?
I find that with my fitbits it's my phone's fault (i have an iphone) and restarting it usually does the trick.
