I have a Fitbit Alta HR, but have ordered a newer tracker, so want to gift my Alta to my mum. I unlinked the device from my Fitbit account. But now it will not connect to my mums account, or back to mine. We’ve tried resetting the device, restarting both of our phones, and turning off and on both of our Bluetooth. Nothing seems to be working.

No worries! We’ve figured it out. The Fitbit was still connecting to my Bluetooth automatically, so could not connect to my mums.
