My fitbit Alta hr just stopped working. It was charged but suddenly stopped working. 

I have cleaned it throughly and still nothing. I have tried connecting it to my laptop but it doesnt pick it up either. Please help.

Hi @Anthea76  first thing is to try a few restarts of your Alta HR. Have you tried that?

You might want to try the restart a few times to see if it comes back to life. Sometimes  they die. Did you try a few different charging ports? You might want to check out the Mother's Day Sale that is going on. The Inspire series replaced the Alta series.
