Hi, my strap on my fitbit has snapped and I don't seem to be able to order a new one. Have they been discontinued? I have been a member since 2013 and rely on my fitbit for exercise.

Hi @Dycz  I have the Alta HR, too and they have been retired. You'll need to check with third party retailers for their version of the band. Many on the forums say they found some bands that they liked and worked for their Alta HR.
