I just recharged my fitbit after a month of not using it. It will not synch up. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I have turned my bluetooth on and off and it will now not pair. I have an android. I have tried to synch without the bluetooth on and I receive a message that my bluetooth has to be on for it to synch.

Mine will not sync since Sept 5. I have done everything possible to get it to sync. I have called multiple times, I have come to conclusion that Alta last only one year from date of purchase. Fitbit gave me 35% credit as Altar brand is no longer made. Free shipping right now.
