I am so confused, the fitbit was working yesterday just fine but I woke up and it is just not working. I looked it up and it said to plug it in to the charger and press the button 3 times and i did just how it said to do it, and it will turn on for a bit but as soon as it turns off a certain amount of times. It just shuts off, its not dead. I've charged it and then it says full battery works for a little and powers off completely again and I dont know what to do

I purchased mine new...just opened yesterday. Charged it up and set up successfully.  It doesn't not work when I take it off the charger.
