Not the first replacement.
It works when it is plugged in. Then shuts down after a couple of seconds after taking it off the charge. It is at 75% charge.. Soni know it's not flat. Nor will it sync.
Ironic as this Alta was a replacement for a prior faulty Fitbit product.
I was in contact to get it replaced with support a while ago. But was unable to attach the video to email as it was too large.
I would like to get support please to arrange for a replacement, I am happy to send the Fitbit to you so you can figure out why your products keep on breaking. Really not great for business.

I am having the exact same problem, I've restarted three times and no change. Mine is also the Alta
