The heart rate on my FitBit is WAY off. It is showing 150-200 beats per minute when my heart rate is closer to 70. I’ve tried cleaning the sensors, letting it fully discharge, using the reset button in the charging cable, sitting quietly to see if it was picking up something like typing. Any other ideas?

Hi Ricardo - it started about a week ago and occurs several times per day (see picture).
It is not associated with exercise. I happens spontaneously through out the day with activities like typing, sitting quietly reading/ studying, driving. I am aware of the article and placement doesn’t make a difference.

have you gotten. A response or a fix for this issue? My fitbit alta is experiencing the same situation.
Thanks
