My fitbit stopped synicying with my phone.  Have had it for 18 months.  Have logged out then back in . Turned off Bluetooth,  turned  back on ??? Help please

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thank you , I will try turning off my phone Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
