Hello @gagetkim the time is set by the device you use to sync the Fitbit. Try synching a few times and see if that helps. Let us know what happens.

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that just as @Odyssey13 mentioned, our Fitbit devices use your mobile device's information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Alta HR it should display the that's configured on your phone.
However, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
