Hi, is there a way to start and stop exercise on HR Alta so that i can record the HR only during the exercise ?

Hi @Mpotparic No, the Alta HR is a basic tracker and starting and stopping exercise is not one of its functions. If you are after a small tracker that you can do this on then the Inspire HR would be the one to go for.
