Mega steps!!

My Alta has registered over 4 million steps this morning which is probably impossible!! Any suggestions? The rest of the dashboard seems correct 🤔

Wow! We’ll have to call you Super @AngelaLF !  Please try restarting your Alta. Do it three times in quick succession. Hopefully that will help. Please let us know.

Does the watch itself show this or just the app/website? My dashboard often shows tens of thousands of steps (right now it's 80,000) but the watch is correct.

They both displayed the same number but it didn’t affect the other readings - very odd!
I’m glad to say it returned to normal the next day.
