My Alta HR was fully charged yesterday. This am it was completely blank and won't charge at all, doesn't even show any charging logo when connected to the charger. Tried several times to connect charger, tried pushing the button three times on the cable while connected, still nothing. Can't connect to customer help on this site, nothing comes up. Anyone have suggestions to fix problem or a customer service number?
