My fitbit just died

My fitbit was working fine and when I woke up today it was dead. I have tried charging it, but there is nothing on the screen. What could the issue be, what can I do?

Please help!

Thank you

I have this issue right now! Plug it in, on the usb there is a button. Press that 3 times within 4 seconds and it should restart.

No clue why its happening though. Maybe they are forcing us to upgrade :'(

My Alta HR was working fine this morning....when I returned from my walk, it suddenly started gong crazy!  The display keeps flashing all of the indicators.  I've plugged in and the battery is full--also did the charger button 3 times (numerous attempts.)  It's on my wrist right now with the display flashing everything in rapid sequence.  It's concerning to me that several people on the forum have had issues today...what's going on!  Anything else I can do?

My fitbit will not do anything... it will not turn on and it will not charge.. I've plugged it in,,, I've tried to reset it.  It is very frustrating.  I have cleaned it and it wasn't even dirty.  The battery was charged yesterday.

I'm not sure what else to try.  My fitbit is only about four months old.  frustrating.  I do not recommend this product maybe the other fitbits work better who knows.  Besides that the band keeps coming apart.

Mine is about a year and a half old. Don’t expect it to die that quickly really.

Mine was just over a year and a half also and I was disappointed also.  However, since I use it daily to track sleep and steps/exercise the original cost of it worked out to about 15 cents a day.  It was certainly worth it to me and I've already bought another Fitbit.
