For the last 9 days I've had loads of trouble with my Alta he not syncing for hours and only basic sleep.
I've tried everything in your help articles e.g.. cleaning, syncing, checking for updates, logging off and on and even deleting the app and reinstalling it. Everything is on so battery is draining my phone quickly but the reason for buying this model was for the sleep data and it's only 18 months old. I use a Samsung galaxy 6.
Any help would be much appreciated
