At just before 14:00hrs yesterday(26.01.20), my Alta HR stopped syncing with my phone. I have gone through all the suggestions to try and rectify the issue..including all the suggestions given by the experts. Still nothing. Tracker is still registering steps etc so it can't be a problem with this. All it keeps saying when I try to sync is, "No device found". Please can someone help as I'm getting so frustrated with it. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Rach64 What phone are you using? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues?

I am having the same problem. Last sync was about 3:30 yesterday. Perhaps it is a problem with fitbit...
