Hi,
My alta HR is not performing correctly and wondered if anyone else had issues. Mine is not giving me correct data in the app daily for the past week. Have called and tried many things and it will does not give correct info on minutes or sleep data. The step count is correct. Could it be the charge cord? or battery? Since nothing else - re-starting it, resetting it, deleting the app and installing it again and doing step counts.
