I know there have been other posts to this end, but I really do not appreciate the passive aggressive/evaluative messaging around the “sleep score” and VERY much want to be able to disable it. I am a very overworked graduate student who is trying to get as much rest as possible and interested in tracking my sleep—but I do NOT appreciate having numerical “grades” and phrases like “Put sleep first” thrown at me when I’m already exhausted and anxious about a lack of rest. Please just allow those of us who would like to to turn this off, or at least make it secondary to hours slept (so that I can choose when to click to see it). You are doing a disservice to the many users whose difficulty around sleep is exacerbated by calling attention to poor rest.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @MAStanton
Sleep Score feature on the Fitbit app cannot be turned off at this moment. It is indeed under consideration. You can vote and voice your concerns here:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Make-sleep-score-optional/idi-p/3611214
I do understand that this is most likely not the answer you were hoping for but I do hope this does indeed point you in the right direction.
