Pixilated screen

I woke up this morning to check the time and the screen was pixilated and still frozen from when I hit 10k last night. This morning, I pressed the screen and it wouldn't come on. I press it quite hard repeatedly and the screen is unreadable and isnt central. I've tried connecting it to my charger and restarting it, many times but it doesn't seem to do anything. I thought I would post on here before buying a new smart watch.

Following - mine did the same thing a few days ago.  I tried these same restarting methods, nothing has helped me either 😞

I'm not sure if you can do this, but as my fitbit is still in the 2 year warrantee, I was given the option to have the same fitbit sent out as a replacement or to get 50% off a new one. It's worth looking into to see what your options are

Thank you, yes, I did just get off of a chat with support.
They are going to replace mine free.  Thank you for also sharing your experience 🙂
