Resetting my alta

My Alta does not show display as soon as plugged out of charging. The spring of the original charger had broken and the charger I ordered from amazon does not have a reset button. Unable to find original charger even on fitbit site. Fitbit customer care has very conveniently refused to help. What should I do?

Hi @monicaneo21  return that charger since it doesn't work for you. As for finding a charger, it's harder once a device has been discontinued and no longer being manufactured. I just looked on Amazon and there are chargers with the reset button available. Be sure to look at the pictures and description. Search this "fitbit alta charger oem with reset button" and I'm sure you'll find one that works for you.
