Steps Deleted After Update

I updated my Fitbit now it has deleted all my progress for the last week of my walking and my workweek challenges I was in is not working

Welcome to the Forums @Dartertina! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Alta. This sounds odd, your steps shouldn't be cleared with an update.

 

Please double check if you didn't use a different  or an old email account. You can check out your email at Fitbit.com/settings/profile.

I just did an update and my steps also deleted.   There is no way I used an old email. I had over 6000 steps today and I  need someone from Fitbit to put them back in.  I started a challenge for work today and I mostly sit for my job.  I need these steps back please.
