I have an Alta HR, never had any issues with the auto exercise recognition before.

 

Now it's stopped auto recognising activities (specifically Aerobics but haven't tested anything else yet).  The exercise I do has not changed.  It is logging heart rate, active minutes, steps etc but not the activity.

 

I've reset the Fitbit multiple times, removed it from my bluetooth list, logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled, added it as a new device etc and nothing has worked.

 

Please advise -  it's not that old so I do not want to be told to buy a new one, and please do not tell me to do any of the above which I've done already.......
