I have an Alta HR and have synced with my LG X Charge (MG37) for a couple of years without issues. I also have synched with my Amazon Fire HD8 (7th gen). However this latest app update on 12/18/2019 has significantly degraded the syncing abilities of either app. If I reset the tracker, it usually synchs and will randomly update with Al-day Sync turned on. I have logged out of my fitbit accounts, uninstalled the app, unpaired with Bluetooth to no avail. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing for a device that I have relied on for sleep analysis, tracking steps and fitness. I have noted many users having syncing issues. I sure hope Fitbit gets an update out soon that makes this communication consistent and reliable,

This is my 4th fitbit and it seems every year around Dec/Jan I have issues with it not syncing. The first 2 were alta Fitbits, my last one and my current one are InspireHR. Are these made to only last 1 year, forcing us to upgrade each year? Makes me wonder

I have had an Alta HR for 2 years, without any problems, working great until the update in Dec. I am now missing 9 days of information from the tracker to the app, doesn't sync correctly.
I have my tracker connected to my gym and my health insurance and am getting a discount on my health insurance costs, but if this isn't corrected I will be losing points and discounts.
Will Fitbit please correct this issue immediately?
