In the past week or 10 days, my fitbit app no longer keeps the water tracking. I have entered and re-entered my water intake every day and next time I open the app, it's gone. I have also tried to enter it on my computer, and it also disappears. Help!

In the meantime, please log your water intake through your online dashboard. To do so go to Fitbit.com/foods/log.

This issue is ongoing. For months it has been happening to me as well. When will an actual fix be deployed? I am tired of this.

Switch to Apple Watch. That’s what I eventually did, which resolves the problems like this that I had. Fitbit is bad.
