I’ve tried unsuccessfully twice now to order a new usb charger clip for my Fitbit Alta HR.

the model number is 26.63.2

please help someone! My battery has almost gone....

or might be able to get one faster from Amazon, either Fitbit or third-party.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I ordered this one before, the charging terminals were aligned vertically instead of horizontally.... I’m at a loss
