Wristband torn

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to replace my strap because it falls apart where the strap connects to the device....very disappointed that it’s now out of warranty and I have to pay for a new strap.

Thank you for your reply! I like the fact that the strap is able to be changed and can be dressed up....but don’t like the fact that I’ve had 2 bands break in a little over a year. This suggests a problem with the design!
