alta won't show display?

My fitbit is charged, it wouldn't display and I restarted and it worked for a couple of days and then stopped displaying again.  It seems to keep counting steps and everything but I can't see it unless I

look at my phone. I tried restarting again but now I can't get it to start or display?

This is happening to me too, and I can't restart it. I try pressing the button three times but it won't restart.

No, I deleted the app and restarted the phone and Fitbit, still nothing?

Have you tried restarting the Alta?

Yes I restarted, deleted and still nothing and now it won't synce up
