hello,

I recent bought a Samsung A51.  This Phone is not in the list of supported  Phones. And it does not work!!

I find it strange that the list of supported phones is so short . This phone and some other models of Samsung are very popular and are not in the list

Is it possible to add the A series ?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
