A couple of days ago the data on my Fitbit wasn’t showing on my iPad or phone. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it’s saying it can’t find the device.

Hi, @Stdh , if you are trying to sync with both the iPad and your iPhone, they may be interfering with each other, as you can only sync with one device at a time.
If you want to sync with the iPad, you should make sure bluetooth is turned off on your phone.
Sometimes restarting your Fitbit can help force a sync. To restart:
Sometimes you need to repeat this procedure several times.
