10,000 step a day notification no longer shows

I have a Fitbit Versa 3.

1 year old.

Just recently it stopped giving me my reach goal of 10,000 steps notification. Vibrate etc.

Anyone else experience this?

@Terrapin1 Welcome to the forums. Lovely to have you here. I will gladly help you regarding the daily goal notification on your Versa 3. 

I suggest you change your daily goal to another stat and then change it back to 10k steps. Here you find the instructions: . Sync your Versa 3 and check if you get the notification today.

Hello @Terrapin1 

Make sure you don’t have the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode on. This can cause you not to get alerts. You can read more about it here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1429.htm?Highlight=alert%20me Also, I’d check to make sure your vibration isn’t set too low. You can check this on your Fitbit Versa 3 by going to the gear settings then go to Vibration/Audio settings.
