2 Fitbit accounts transferred to 1 Google account. 1 account missing. The other has the wrong data.

My husband and I each had our own separate Fitbit accounts, using our personal email addresses (neither of which are Gmail). I also have a Google account that uses a Gmail address.

I recently migrated both Fitbit accounts to Google, but now all of my husband's Fitbit data appears under my Google Fitbit account in the app. I can no longer locate his individual Fitbit account.

It doesn’t seem like the two accounts were fully merged, though, because the total step counts don’t reflect both users’ combined data.

When I try logging into his original Fitbit account at fitbit.com using his old email and password, the dashboard shows no data at all. I get the same result when logging in with either my original Fitbit login or my Gmail/Google login.

First, does he need his own Google account?

How can I find his original Fitbit account with his past history?
