2 charge HRs in 1 day, now steps missing....

Please help me! I used an old HR for a swampy obstacle run today & logged over 12000 steps. My app recognized the timed "workout", calories burned, floors & active minutes. I have app set to all day sync. When I unpaired the old and re-paired the newer, steps originally carried over on my tracker. Then 5hours later, I checked my steps and magically 12000 steps disappeared (from both)! What can I do?

@AmKen A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Dashboard didn't add the steps you did with your old Charge HR. I'd like to know if you synced your tracker before pairing the newer tracker, since this could have been the cause of the carry over. The steps can't be recovered if the tracker wasn't synced. However, as a workaround, you can try re-pairing your old tracker and force sync it, although I don't guarantee that this is gonna bring your 12000 steps back. In order to avoid this in the future, I recommend syncing the tracker before prior to adding a new Fitbit.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy
