Fitbit blaze heart rate stopped working

I've had a fitbit blaze for around 4 weeks all working fine yesterday it decided to stop tracking my steps and heart rate and I cannot get it working again I've tried turning it off and back on reinstalling the app turning Bluetooth off and back on again can anybody help

Feel free restarting the tracker (the procedure is different than turning it off from the settings).

Hi both thanks for replying. Took my blaze back to the shop and exchanged it for a new one so I'm back up and running again

Hi I have been having the same problem with my blaze. I have tried everything including restarting it and it is still acting up. Is there anything else I can do?
