Not sure how it works in Charge 2 but in Blaze you can switch the clock to 24 h from the settings in the web-based dashboard, try looking there.

@dragon489 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Just as @Elena_Iv. informed; you can change to 24 hour clock on the online dashboard settings page under personal information. I recommend trying that. Make sure you sync your tracker afterwards.
