I am a new user and just am a bit confused about the 250 step reminder on my flex 2. It vibrates at 10 minutes to the hour that I have not moved enough. I then walk and I get a second vibration after I think I have finished my 250 steps. But when I check my app sometimes it has not registered that I fulfilled my 250 steps, most times it does though. Is there a reason for this or am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the Community @B166!
That sounds quite odd.
In this case I'd like to ask a few questions so that I can better visualize the situation:
Look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerSorry that I haven't replied. My flex 2 has not done this again but I did do a hard restart on it. Maybe that corrected the problem. Is there a way to see how many steps you are taking in a certain hour? I have not been able to find this, just a daily running total. Hourly would be interesting.
Thamk you.

Hello @B166.
Thanks for letting me know it has behaved! That is great to read.
Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated option to check the number of steps per hour. Having said that, if you access your activity data on the app it should show the number of steps through the day, does it not?
Look forward to your reply.
