250 step reminder vibrations on flex2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am a new user and just am a bit confused about the 250 step reminder on my flex 2. It vibrates at 10 minutes to the hour that I have not moved enough. I then walk and I get a second vibration after I think I have finished my 250 steps. But when I check my app sometimes it has not registered that I fulfilled my 250 steps, most times it does though. Is there a reason for this or am I doing something wrong?

Welcome to the Community @B166

That sounds quite odd.

In this case I'd like to ask a few questions so that I can better visualize the situation:

  • When did you first notice this happening?
  • Could you take a screen shot of a specific time where you feel like you did get the 250 steps but they were not registered?
  • Have you checked your step count for the day in order to verify that you indeed took 250 steps for that hour?

Look forward to your reply.

Sorry that I haven't replied. My flex 2 has not done this again but I did do a hard restart on it. Maybe that corrected the problem. Is there a way to see how many steps you are taking in a certain hour? I have not been able to find this, just a daily running total. Hourly would be interesting.

Thamk you.

Hello @B166.

Thanks for letting me know it has behaved! That is great to read.

Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated option to check the number of steps per hour. Having said that, if you access your activity data on the app it should show the number of steps through the day, does it not?

Look forward to your reply.

Yes it does, just thought it would be interesting to see how many steps per hour -similar to the sleep part of the app. Thanks
