Good morning,

 

I purchase a brand new FitBit Ionic, I upgraded to firmware 27.25.16.7, I install the fitbit app on my android phone.  Everything work fin except the wallet.  I install the application, i see the icon on the fitbit ionic, but i don't have the option to add a card when i go to the fitbit app on android and click on wallet.

 

I don't see any settings ?

 

What i can do to resolve....

After discussion with FitBit support, it's looking presently the FitBit Pay is not compatible with the phone model Google Pixel 2.

 

I hope this situation will be corrected soon.  They suggest to check the compatibility list on http://www.fitbit.com/device, unfortunatly, this page is not update as nothing is specify for the fitbit Ionic.

I am having this issue with an iPhone7. Is it worth calling in? Or is it just the same info found on these threads. Slightly frustrated with it.

I havew a samsung galaxay s7 edge. I can not get the wallet to work.  I can get to the point of it stating it is contacting my bank but then error connecting to iconic shows up. my phone and ionic are near each other. This was one of the features of why I bought the Ionic. Very frustrating. Any suggestions
