3.4.1 for android 5

What have you done now?

I am stuck with this version with all the usual faults but now if I try the pull down to synch I get device not found.

So select profile image, then tracker image to try to get to manual synch.

What I get is a white blank page and then it either totally crashes or just goes back to the dashboard that I can't synch with.

Version 2.63 on my Kindle which has always been a RELIABLE back up until now also crashes.

So whatever you're doing with the latest foul up is also messing with the other versions that we can't update.

And before you suggest it, I haven't got a computer or money to buy a new phone.

Hi, @Lilbiddy! I would check your play store, I'm on version 3.5. I've had really good luck with syncing thus far with it, and I'm guessing the version you're on was the one I had tons of issues with. I also tend to stick with a version that works until there's a real reason to update from it, to keep these kind of issues from recurring.

@MakMak, the point is I am on Android 5 so I can't update.

I've just had to go through the whole reinstalling faff. Which as I am able to access this page is some improvement.

If you experienced tons of issues then you would expect fitbit to sort them out before declaring that users of android 6 and below will get no further updates.

Ahh, gotcha. Really sorry to hear that. There are ways to find old versions of apps on the web, just make sure you get them from a reputable site, if you'd like to try reverting back to a previous version.

What I did on that app was uninstall/reinstall and sit there and force sync for about an hour. After doing this a couple of days in a row, it finally started syncing semi-reliably. Good luck!
