Please help I am lost.  I have a Fitbit Versa 2 which has gone dark. When I hold the button on the side it just keeps rolling a message "To start download Fitbit app" then goes dark.  Repair sites say hold down 3 buttons. Can only find the one on the side???? Please

There were 3 buttons on original Versa, only one on Versa 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for an answer so quickly. Ok it just keep repeating the same message to start download Fitbit app. Any suggestions?? it just goes dark
