This is still an issue. You can't reply on that thread because it is locked as "answered" 

This issue is really starting to get upsetting

It was intermittent for me, not even very often over the past months, but it was a problem for several days in each of the last few weeks. It has been a problem for 3 days this week with Tuesday even showing 0 calories out in the Nutrition view when the actual calories out is over 3, 000 per the dashboard.
