3rd fitbit not syncing

My first fitbit charge hr's wrist band fell apart after a few months. My 2nd one setup fine at first, but quickly stopped syncing with my phone & because monitoring my sleep was the main reason for getting it, this was a big problem. My 3rd fitbit arrived loose in a bag with data already on it, so I had to clear it & it has the wrong time & has never connected with my phone. So I've been a couple of months now without a working fitbit to monitor my sleep & fitness goals. It's very frustrating to waste money & time on this.

@jmw9880 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your previous trackers. Now, it's weird that your 3rd Charge HR is not connecting with your phone. I recommend restarting your tracker first and then try to set it up as a new device.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.

Let me know how the outcome goes my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy

JuanJoFitbit, I was having trouble resetting the time on the new one & syncing. It came with stored information & even after I cleared/reset it, it had the wrong time in military time. Last night, I tried again & I'm finally back in business. The time is correct & I've now got my new fitbit connected to my phone & syncing. Thanks.
