! It's seems that your Hear rate tile is hidden, to show hidden tiles:
- Open the Fitbit app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Show hidden.
- Select the ones you're missing or just the HR one.

Best AnswerNo, it's not the tile. It's on the android app and the heartrate line ios there it just has dashes where the heart rate should be.

Gotcha @Gidg! Have you tried to restart your Charge HR? Once this has been done, try syncing.

Best AnswerNo it did not work and now it's showing that my battery is in the red zone and I just recharged it and resynced it!

Thanks for the update @Gidg! Have you tried setting up your buddy as a new device?
If you're still seeing the battery issue after that, please try reaching Customer Support so they can verify if this issue is coming from your Fitbit app or your Charge HR. Just don't forget to mention all the steps you've done to avoid getting the same steps.
