7 day summary removed?

Each Friday morning I used to use 7 day summary to give my online coach my average daily steps.

 

However it now appears to have been removed in the latest update and I can now only see my average steps on a week based on a starting day of either Sunday or Monday, which is useless to me.

 

Does 7 day summary still exist in fitbit premium? I dont want to sign up to find out it isnt in there and I've spent money for nothing.

 

Bit annoyed by it being removed/moved personally.

@Bodhiiiiiiii  I liked the 7 day summary and often referred to it. Wish they would put it back.

I suppose they want you to pay for it now.

Unfortunately no answer. 

 

Its extra annoying because i'd not long bought a new versa and now its pretty much useless to me.

 

As @Lilbiddy says, they've probably made it a paid feature, I just wish theyd confirm so that I know if its worth paying or just switching to a competitor step tracking device.

Me too!

 

All I was told about is the features we can see ourselves, I literally had the most untrained unhelpful person in their customer service team help me.

 

I can only suggest putting a post up with the app and hoping someone with paid can answer you

Not a paid feature. I'm a premium member and miss the 7day summary as well. Thought they'd moved it... But alas, it's gone

@skwebbette  Thank you for confirming that this has been removed. Never had a satisfactory explanation why or even an acknowledgement that it had existed.

I believe in a different thread a moderator suggested that I should re-add "the tile". So was obviously totally unaware of what I was referring to.

Its odd though as it still works for one of my fitbit  friends.  I can always see her 7 day summary on my friend page as it has always been. I cant see my own 7 day summary nor can she see mine. She does have an iPhone and I'm Android. Also, this has been a recent (2023) development for us.
